Could not fault the vehicle, the service or the experience with carrentals.com or Avis. Everything advertised was delivered with ease.

Avis did not have the same details for the car booked. They had a small SUV and I booked Holden SV6 full size car. However, Avis was very accommodating and provided upgrade at no charge. Good outcome.
