There were not any problems securing the car quickly. However, the first car that Budget provided had been smoked in recently. Budget quickly upgraded us without any additional cost.

The customer service agent was EXTREMELY helpful. I let her know I was transporting a senior on a walker plus I had a very tall back up driver.

Counter staff asked if I need insurance coverage and I declined because my auto insurance covers rentals. She ended up adding it anyway. I signed the contract and didn't notice full coverage was added. When I paid my bill I noticed the charge and talked to the counter staff and they said there was nothing I could do because I had signed the contract. These companies do not realize the importance of customer satisfaction. I will not be renting from Budget again!!!
