Unfortunately not as expected. We were helped by a nice man but speed was nowhere to be seen and the whole process took a long time. We had rented an Audi A3 in class K. This was not available because they were "short on cars" and we therefore received a car from Avis from class N. A VW station. When we said that a VW is not an upgrade compared to an Audi, we were told it was an upgrade because of a station wagon, an automatic transmission and winter tires. We had already booked the latter 2 in class K and a station wagon was no added value for us since we were 2 people. When we asked if an SUV was available, it turned out not to be the case, but when we walked around the parking lot, there were plenty of SUVs. It is a shame that you feel lied to at that moment. Car was further fine, no damage and few KM.

Everything was perfect. We had an upgrade so the car was better than expected. It was clean and safe, for a very good price.
