Herzts tried to downgrade us from a Toyota Auris to a car similar 108 Peugeot (And an old car for that matter).
Since we had a 74 year old man with us in the car, and being forced to look for the car (The Person gave us the wrong location on where the car was). Only to have to go back and complain.
Its a pretty standard thing that if they cant supply a Auris, we are to be upgraded, not downgraded.

Arrived late due to a delay in our flight, the car was re-rented on our arrival and Hertz had no vehicle available .. they did not even seek to arrange or help us out. he did not care if we did not have a means of transport to get to our rental. AVOID ABSOLUTELY.

We are true 3 hours earlier at the output switch and did not get the vehicle although it was there, even after the telephone consultation with the agent true no clarification possible so I have rented another car from Herz as for a surcharge, the ordered vehicle was not borrowed and We had to drive 2.5 hours to the resort I finally paid for the rented car and another car on higher terms
