The pickup was stress-free and the employee was very friendly and personally brought me to the vehicle. It was almost new, only 1000 km run and corresponded to the booked category. The return was also stress-free and done quickly.

Hi. I had a bad experience for the first time at Stuart Enterprise in Florida. I needed a rental because of a freak accident. I knew that I had a free week coming to me with my points, so I brought my carrentals invoice and asked if they would honor that price after the week was up. It was a very good price of $15 a day. They said yes of course and kept my Carrentals.com invoice. I thought that was a good idea so they would remember it. So when I called to extend the length of rental, I asked if it would indeed be the $15 a day. He said oh yes of course, I have it right here attached to your file. Well, I actually had the car for 2 and 1/2 months. I figured no worries at $15 a day, its actually cheaper than my car payment! When I went to settle up with them.I got a bill of over $2500, which is $35 a day. I asked them what the heck and they said that was actually a good deal. BUT, it isn't the deal that we made and I agreed to. They said I have to take it up with corporate. I am still trying to get an answer. Enterprise is usually trustworthy. I am very disappointed. If I ever get this fixed, I will update my review but for now, just a one star!
