Car was displaying low tire pressure from the start, then battery died at a restaurant parking lot. Even though I've purchased insurance, I was told that I didn't purchase roadside assistance, and sending someone to jump me would be $55. It was hard to find someone else to jump me in a small town, but I managed to find a person, and went to replace the car. Had a hard time there because they kept offering a bigger vehicle with worse gas mileage.

When I picked up my vehicle, the CSR (I don't have a name) was extremely rude. I attempted to ask a question regarding the drop off, she repeatedly cut me off and told me she did not work at the Birmingham airport and had no idea what the policy was there, quotingI work at the Atlanta airport. My associate with me applauded me for keeping my composure. As I exited the parking area through the checkout, the lady in the booth checked my credentials along with the reservation page. The name on the res. page did not match my driver's license (some person from Minnesota ?), so I had to back up, park the vehicle and go back inside, wait in line again to have the issue corrected. The original CSR was not at the counter, a fellow, C.J., who was quite friendly and helpful assisted me and corrected the error. As he was doing this, the original CSR walked past and CJ pointed this out to her. Her flippant reply was sorry. I'm not sure if she is just naturally rude, doesn't like the 3:00 AM shift, maybe she doesn't like old white men. I don't really care what her issues are, but I can assure you of this. She would never represent my company and there are plenty of rental choices out there. This aside, CJ was great and you need to applaud him for a job well done. The poor counter staff rating has nothing to do with him!!
