We did not have a great experience with our pickup! Carrentals.com did not list the operating times of the location, and we selected a 6pm pickup. The location closed at 6, but we never got an email or phone call to let us know aboug closing time or asking if we were still coming, so when we arrived at 5.58, they had already locked up and left. We contacted customer service, and they extended the pickup time for 24 hours, but their only other solution was for us to drive over an hour to the airport and pay an extra $600 for our rental.
When we arrived the following morning at opening, the representative was unapologetic and said she did not know if she could give us a car (even though there was no way the car we rented could have been rented out to anyone else, as we were at the location right at closing time and again at opening time. The representative was not very helpful. The rest of the process went smoothly, and we did an after-hours drop-off at the same location.

The car we rented was a new Jeep Cherokee and it was wonderful to drive at a fair price. However, the car interior was very dirty. There was trash under the seats, there was a sticky substance on the console and the car kept saying it was overdue for a oil change.

The pickup was very slow. The service rep was poorly trained and argumentative. Also, the car i prepaid for not available, and i was given a car that not properly cleaned or had the gas tank filled.
