In June 2020, I rented a vehicle from this establishment for a 2 day visit to Atlanta. While parked in the garage of the Georgia Aquarium, the vehicle was damaged in a hit & run incident. Security cameras captured the responsible individual, and a police report was generated. I had my own auto insurance policy along with another for the rental. However, upon returning the vehicle, I was told that I needed to pay a $1000 fee until the insurance company processed the claim, and it would then be returned to me. We are now nearing October 2020 and my money has NOT been returned to me despite the claim being processed and damages paid. It was also brought to my attention that the amount of damage reported by Ace Rent-A-Car was greater than what photo evidence showed. This establishment is engaging in unethical business practices, and should not be supported.

I was not given the standard car I originally reserved. They tried to lie to me about the debit card rule which I read about before booking the vehicle. The vehicle had damage to it. I had to wait an whole hour. When I called about the wrong vehicle I was met with a rude attitude and false representation of the the kind of vehicle I reserved and when I showed them the vehicle was in correct on their own website they told me oh well you either take it or leave it. At this point it was 1130 pm and I was ready to sleep after a long day of travel. I will not book with them again.

Whenever I have used anything other than a major chain for car rental. They always turn out very poor. Either cant rent the car. Never get the deposit. So on and so on.. this car rental was smooth!! In and out with the car in 15 minutes. Drop off was seamless. Got my deposit the next day!! The next day! Ill use you guys all the time from now on.
