I picked up a minivan at about 7pm on a Monday. Forms were filled out, seemingly without issue, however the extra charges were not verbally disclosed. There were plenty of surprises when I got the final receipt. That was not the worst of it. When I went out to collect the vehicle (that was not it the specified spot) my inspection revealed that it had significant dents and scratches on the rear quarter panel. Since no staff member came with me to check out the car I went back to report. No staff member agreed to come out to the lot to inspect the damage. So I went back out, took pictures and marked the client copy of the damage slip myself. When I came back in I had to demand that a staff member sign the damage slip before I could continue with my rental. That is the sort of the last time I will use Advantage.

What a disaster. I arrived and there were no cars available. Tried to cancel the reservation, so I could rent from another company. They would not refund my money.
