Pickup scheduled for 12:30pm. I arrive at 2:50, and they don’t have my vehicle. About 4pm I finally leave in a free upgrade. Told to call billing after vehicle is returned for price adjustment. Return was fine, but when I attempted to call, queue was so full, wouldn’t take calls, this went on for twenty minutes. Finally got through around 11am, and Cody restored my faith in their customer service, great job Cody!

First, I got to the counter, and with 5 people in front of me, I waited over 45 minutes to be helped. Once I got to the counter, all the attendant wanted to do was up-sale everything, later I found out he didn't even know if they had what he was up-selling. I added on to my vehicle navigation and 1/2 tank of gas. Once I got upstairs to the lot. They had only 5 cars available and the only SUV was a Kia Sportage. I was told all the Jeeps, including the one I reserved, were given out over 2 hours prior to people who wanted upgrades. Fine, I take the Kia and before leaving I ask about the navigation I paid extra for. I was told the vehicle did not have navigation, that they would get me a GPS. I asked for a refund and told them I could just use my for if that was the case. I was refunded. Also, The car had been rear ended and the there was damage to the back of the car, broken light cover etc.... and some damage to the front of the vehicle. The car was dirty to the point I had to buy some Windex wipes to clean the front window so I could see out of it. The car did run good and got me from point A to point be. On the second day, the A/C stopped working and would only blow out hot air. Thank goodness the weather was beautiful and I could drive with the windows down.

I returned the van with full tank of gas. But they charged $150. Struggling to get refund because their customer service number is always busy. Check your receipts before you leave the place don’t believe when they say you are all set you’ll get receipt by emai.
