My experience was less than ideal. I had made my reservation for 830 pick up time, but somehow it defaulted back to noon after it was confirmed. Needless to say, there was no car available for me until noon. Then, when I stood in the hour long line AGAIN, I was told to go upstairs to pick up the car. After going upstairs, the attendant then told us that unfortunately there was not a vehicle that we had reserved available and wanted to downgrade us to a much smaller vehicle or rent us a minivan, both of which were comply unacceptable. We ended up with a much smaller vehicle than we paid for, but there was no cost adjustment made to my account. Then, as if it hadn’t been bad enough, I filled up the gas tank completely full prior to dropping it off, (to which it was NOT full upon pick up), and then I noticed I was charged for 2 gallons of gas at $7.99/gallon despite me literally just filling it up prior to drop off. I see this charge and call the 1-800 customer service number and after going through all the prompts, I was told, they had too many callers and I needed to call back and then they disconnected the call! So I’m a nutshell, terrible service, not given a xarvijnthdcdane class, but was downgraded with zero price adjustment, and then charged for 2 gallons of gas despite he filling it up immediately prior to drop off. This experience and customer service was terrible and I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend using FOX.

Pickup scheduled for 12:30pm. I arrive at 2:50, and they don’t have my vehicle. About 4pm I finally leave in a free upgrade. Told to call billing after vehicle is returned for price adjustment. Return was fine, but when I attempted to call, queue was so full, wouldn’t take calls, this went on for twenty minutes. Finally got through around 11am, and Cody restored my faith in their customer service, great job Cody!
