It was hard to communicate in English especially in the carpark area where we got our car-key. We have been given Renault Capture car as Intermediate Car and when we asked for another car to change, the answer is; no any other automatic car available...there is only one older car with manual drive... etc

Although I declined all extra insurance the price I ended up paying was 15% more expensive than what what I was quoted by carrentals.com... there must be hidden charges somewhere... so not very pleased. Everything else was excellent.

My experience was good but we had to wait more than one hour in line to get the paper signed and another 15 minutes to get the key. I wish it would have been faster after 10 hours flight.
