I arrived to pick up my large suv at the reservation time, and was told they had no vehicles, and no ifea whether they would be getting any that day. Went to enterprise and paid significantly more for the car, as I needed it then. What is the point of making a reaervstion of they don’t bother having a car? How does a rental agency at a major airport have zero cars (they had a luxury large suv, bit would not release that to me).

I waited over 30 minutes at the counter for a customer service representative. Once I received the keys to my car there was still over 5 people standing in line. When I returned the car later that day there was still a line for cars. I am sure I wasn't the only customer unsatisfied.

I made a booking on car rentals.com for thrifty rent a car at Baltimore Washington international airport. When I arrived there the thrifty counter was closed. I had to go to enterprise to get a car. Not very happy with car rentals.com this is the second time this is happened to me in two rental attempts
