The pick up location was not at my chosen location, which was the airport. I did not find this out until I got to the airport and waited in line for 15 minutes. So I had to take an Uber to and from the location which was totally out of the way. When I wanted to drop the car at the airport at the end of my trip they wanted to charge me an extra $50. Was very disappointed. The car was also making funy noises. I did not drive it much as I was afraid of a breakdown. I rent cars pretty often. I must say this was my worst experience yet.

The staff were very nice, but when I walked in they had to move their lunch from the counter before they could assist me and then they tried to sell insurance to me after I had already paid for the best one online.

carRentals.com didnt have an accurate number of cars available at Hertz. we got to the pick up point and there were no cars available. Carrentals.com didn't require my phone number to make the reaervation so they could not call me. There was no way for Hertz to respond back to the reservation to cancel it.

Website originally did not let me pick a time. So it was automatically 12 noon. I get to Hertz and my tiny cheap rental was rented out and not available. I did not want to waste the leave of a week to visit my Dad so I took a Rogue double the price.

The Representative at counter was very busy, but was so great, courteous, nice & easy to talk to about what was needed. I will be going back to that location & work with him.

Showed up to pick up the RESERVED car to find that they had NO cars! What's the point in reserving something if they don't actually hold it for you...and yes I showed up on time...I was actually early.
