Took me 4 trips all over the airport, up, down, around to find that HERTZ rental pick up DESK is outside, thru another building and up a dirty escalator.. All the signs and arrows they had were pointing in wrong directions! OMG. Then you wait out in the 95 heat, in line while everyone takes forever to get their car and go! Then upon exit, you hand the papers to guard gate, then he re-checks the same papers you JUST GOT 3 Minutes ago! Such a confusing and long process. AND No free bottles of cold water..... WHO thought this process would be logical in any way? (Totally NOT a woman, with a suitcase!)

My experience was not what I expected, after my strip on my credit card not working the employee couldn't manually enter it leaving me no other choice to have my father use his card. With a line of roughly 20 people behind me and only one person or the counter. After getting everything done at the first counter, we had to wait at a second counter again with only one employee that had 2 customers waiting in front of us. Finally when we go into the vehicle and thought the 40-minute wait was over we had to wait another 15 minutes at the third window in order to drive out of the garage. The experience that I had was okay I do have to say even though we waited almost an hour from the time of getting into the first line and finally driving out of the garage the people were very thorough but the wait time was way more then what I ever expected.

The car I rented was not driving good it takes a long time to take off it was a bad experience
