All was relatively fine but the check in process. There were problems with my checking in with FOX rental cars because the credit card I had used to reserve stopped working and I had to order a new one which hadn't come in time for my trip. I did not have my physical card on my at pickup. They then had to refund my original purchase and use the one card I had on me which was my debit card. They require an extra huge deposit if you use a debit card and I found out they are one of only a few rental places that requires any deposit to be made on renting a car when the employee told me they can refer me to another rental company in the facility with the same price offer who did not require a deposit. My sign in took way longer than it should, two other costumers were fully serviced in the time it took me to get things sorted out for my car. When they ran my card the machine said it failed so they ran it again. Turns out the deposit was run twice. It was a mess and a nightmare. No reflection on the staff they were as helpful as they could be with the limitations set by the company policies.

With the basic collision total quoted was double than the cost of the rental

I walked into the SEA rental facility and was in a car very quickley. I got a good car for the price, I am very happy with Fox.
