I took the light Rail from the airport to a satellite location which had been closed for 2 months. I contacted Hertz who suggested going back to the airport for a car. This cost me roundtrip train fare and several hours of my time. Hertz, upon return of the car, gave me a discount for the problem.

Friendly folks at check in got me my car and had me out and adventuring in less than 5 minutes. Great!

My experience with supplier was very bad. He didn’t have the car we booked. And he was mis behaving as well. This was the worst car rebtal experience
