Everything went well. I booked the wrong date but the gentleman at my pick up location helped me find a car at another location for pick up right away.

Communications from #800 help number to extend rental or change drop-off was horrible -- received 2 180° opposite instructions with no favorable options and inevitably dropped the car off early and had to pay for Uber return just to get rid of the car rental hassle. Car was dirty on inside, food stuck in center console, had to clean the windows myself. Way to go!
