Excellent price quality, we do have to wait too long when collecting and returning.

During the collection we were not given the time to view the car and it was said that we had to sign the delivery status before we received the keys. There were 2 damages, but after much insistence, they finally met what you are required to do according to their own papers, namely to have the car thoroughly checked for damage (which resulted in 10 extra damage points) before you sign the delivery agreement. The car was good as well, but the rear gear turned out to be fat and we had to put paper and cardboard in it to get further fat damage to our luggage. Furthermore, after 1 week the oil light began to blink, which means that it must be changed within 500 km. After trying to call the office in Malaga for 1 week without result, we tried the office in Jerez which immediately answered and was able to talk to us. As far as we are concerned, it is therefore not Firefly in general, but perhaps specifically Malaga, which, to say the least, is not really customer-friendly.

It was all good. But some scratches were not marked. If no insurance has been taken out directly with the car rental company, pick up all the pictures! That saves trouble
