The takeover of the rental car at Malaga airport was very fast and friendly. Unfortunately, I was persuaded to take out additional insurance of 12 EUR / day to cover scratches and minor bumps, allegedly in Spain. On the third day I had a puncture: The SIXT Road Service responded quickly and after 45 minutes the tire was changed. The Road Service advised me to change the car in Seville because there was no spare wheel on board and I still had 100 km to go. after 3 times back and forth on the phone and 52 minutes in queues, I was a car in Santa Justa provided. Now, SIXT has asked me by email to fill out a web form to claim damages. Unfortunately, when returning the car it was not possible to solve the problem on the spot (only key delivery, everything else via email and phone), although I am a SIXT Gold customer.

Complete processing always correct. Even if a little more expensive, I take Sixt or Hertz

It is always trying to sell paid extras (insurance, upgrade, etc.). If you can not consistently say NO here, you have to expect considerable additional fees, so be careful!
