My pick up was smooth although they had a lot of customers in front of me. My representative had a nasty attitude but she quickly turned it around when I told her I noticed it.

I prepaid my reservation to save some money, but then when we got there this customer service rep was very pushy selling us the extra coverage for 3 days for $13.49 and end up paying additional $101.47 (ridiculous with all the taxes and extra fees), I said no and kept insisting, since we want to get out of there as fast as we can, we had no choice but to add it, even though we really didn't need it. we had to come back bec the tire pressure indicator came up after driving for few miles away fr the rental place

I was not pleased with either the wait time - 2 employees there, only 1 working and she spent a LONG time with someone who didn't have a credit card. We had paid in advance and just needed to pick up the key and car. Also the insurance upsell was very confusing and I was not sure how much extra was going to be put on my credit card.
