the agency staff are not punctual opening the agency at 7:30 am for me that means operational at 7:30 am and not at 7:50 am otherwise the vehicle very well the restitution was quick

After stinking future a Vito unlimited mileage I realized that the 4 tires was HS and the brakes ... for unlimited mileage rental .. average

The pickup staff was - as usual - relaxed, fast and good. However, the employee has visibly looked for damages at the vehicle repossession. After wiping away the filth that was already present when the vehicle was taken over, he discovered a mini-scratcher - which could not have had anything to do with an accident. For this purpose, 341 EURO were charged. What a shame!!! I have made about 100 rental car bookings and have never experienced something like that. It's a pity that now insurance from Cardelmar has to serve ....
