Enterprise called the morning of my reservation to make sure I knew where they located, checked in on my rental during and after the reservation. They made pickup and drop off simple and the car was great. THANK YOU!

The folks at the Enterprise office on St Michaels Drive in Santa Fe, NM are not very good. I went to pick up my car, which went smoothly, until I got home and realized I had not been handed a rental contract. When I called them about that, they said they'd email me one. I waited, and still got no contract, so called back. When they tried to confirm the email address, the one they had sent to had no resemblance whatsoever to the one I had provided. They said, oh, it was the one linked to your account. I don't have and account and told them that. They told me I did and must have set it up a while ago and forgotten. I gave them the correct email, and their response was that I needed to go into my account and change the email. How am I to get access to an account I don't have, through an email I don't have? I still got no email and ended up having to go back to the office to get the contract. On the day I was to return the car, I was stuck in an ice storm in OK and realized I might not be getting the car back at the specified hour and so I called the office to explain the situation. The guy I talked to said he would note this but an hour and a half later, the manager called me to say that they would see me at the appointed hour but that they were having a special and I could extend if I had to. These people clearly do not communicate with one another. All in all the rental experience was very frustrating

the office in Santa Fe Michaels should be fired! He told us we had 10 minutes to get there and he could set us up hopefully with a pick-up. The gentleman from the other office who picked us up from the other office was more than wonderful. He got us to our rental and off in no time. Give him a raise or promotion. Change your internet booking. Make it more accurate.

I had to wait an hour for a car as previous renters had not returned theirs the night before/ on time. I’m not sure that this doesn’t happen frequently. The people working there called to let me know that there would be a wait, communicated well and responsively and did the best they could under the circumstances. Because I had planned a packed day with commitments to others, I chose to go to their office and wait there until a car appeared- which was about an hour late.
