When I got the car home from a late pick-up (for super early trip departure the next morning), I noticed the REQUIRES OIL CHANGE light on. Super annoying. I just checked the oil to make sure their was enough. Didn't have time to take it back or go get it changed. Like to think they maintain their fleet to a high standard so I would never have problems on the road. But that made me wonder ...

After years of choosing my rental company based on the cheaper price, I finally learned: only rent from Enterprise. Their speed, efficiency and quality is consistently superior to every other rental agency I have tried. When I book the reservation, my frugal nature sometimes gets a sting from the slightly higher price, but when my plane lands at my destination I am always so relieved not to have any added stress of an unreliable rental booking.

Customer service was exception. It was a quick check in. I met another rep in the parking who went over the details with me.
