Couldn’t have been easier. I was a little concerned about renting at an off airport location but it was super easy to get an Uber to their location and we were on our way in 5 minutes with an upgrade!

The process of picking up the car was fine but having to walk a distance with your luggage to get the car was the problem. I feel like someone on a golf cart should pick up customers and take them to their rented vehicle instead of the customer walking trying to find it themselves. Besides that everything was great!

We rented a compact car as we were going on a near 3000 mile trip. When we picked the vehicle up all they have on the lot was a 2 door jeep wrangler. So for a 3000 mile trip we got 15 mile per gallon instead of 40 and no room for our bags. There was about 6 inches behind the back seat!

I put in airport pick up and had to pay 30. For taxi to take us to another place to pick up the car. Then had to pay 50. Extra to return the car to the airport. Felt like a scam! Never do that again.
