Pickup was easy and well located near baggage claim. Return was confusing since I couldn't find a person to check in - you park the car in any labeled spot and go back to the counter to finish. Should have been told that at pickup. Back of vehicle not thoroughly cleaned.

I ordered the Cadillac 2 months in advance of leaving for my vacation. When I showed up to pick up my rental they said they didn’t have the Cadillac. I was told I could rent a small Range Rover. That wasn’t big enough, so I was given an Audi Q5. Still too small. After I was ran around with 2 rentals that weren’t right for my trip they finally informed me that they did in fact have the Cadillac that I originally ordered!! Once I got home to start packing the car it was disgusting!! Used napkins in the center console, empty Mountain Dew bottles under the front seats, and foot prints on the back seats.

The service was quick and easy. The customer service rep was very friendly and courteous.
