We had a terrible experience with the staff at the pick up office: a very rude lady that insisted that the insurance I purchased online on THEIR website was not valid and she did not provide any good reason why. I had to cancel it (thank God without any penalty) and I was kinda forced to purchase another insurance at the office that was 3 times the cost of the one bought online. We argued for like 20 mins and she didn't even show us the features of the car. Next time I'll def pay more for a serious and professional company straight away rather than saving money online and then paying a lot of money at the pick up. Never gonna book again with Budget.

I got a damaged car (Fiat Cubo), on arrival at 23:00 clock with 2 hours way home in front of me I had to check the damage, take pictures and log. Does not work, at least at the time. then I should take out insurance in the amount of 25, - € / day. Although I have booked the whole package at Car del Mar. Budget has said it would not be correct and it would be in the case of damage high costs to me.
