At check in, no one was there and I waited, when they finally came and said I was good to go, no paperwork. They sent an email later the same day and charged for extra time. I called customer service and they credited back the overage still not the original quote, but close enough.

We waited in line a long time while agents spent 10+ minutes with each customer. Our process was quick, but then we got a car with a broken drop top, something you pay a premium for. We did get a slightly larger version, but still disappointing. Drop off was quick and easy.

I was strong armed into upgrading my rental from the mustang to the 4x4 Jeep because my mother in law likes driving me nuts. It was easy to upgrade and they were super cool about it. Cost an arm and a leg, but that was kind of expected. Without the upgrade it was a very reasonable price.
