My experience was good but if you are a few minutes late with your return Budget will charge you a late fee or a whole day for being late

It was concerning to me that there was no one on hand to inspect the vehicle for any existing damage, etc. when I picked up the vehicle. After the vehicle was in my possession, I noticed a ding in the windshield. Again, when I returned the vehicle there was no one on hand to inspect the vehicle. Also, the customer service reps could have been a bit more friendly.
