When we showed up at 10 that morning, I was immediately asked if we'd be interested in a free upgrade. I said we would but we couldn't use what they offered. The man told me give me time and I'll have you in something suitable. we came back at 3 and he had a Chrysler 3000 for us. We didn't have to return it until around 3 seven days later. The car drove well and it was closer to home. They also have unlimited miles.

My experience was horrible. They cancelled my reservation without notice. I spoke with Zakk the manager who was not helpful in trying to assist me in obtaining another car even after I explained that I was leaving for a trip upon getting into the rental. He explained if they catered to all customers in that manner, they would not have any time to do anything else. I was very displeased with my service, would never go there again and as en Emerald client I would never recommend them to any one.
