Pickup was easy and the agent did an amazing job Assisting me, even though there was another costumer beside me making sure that the world know how angry she was at Avis for sticking to their no-debit card policy that she obviously failed to read. I was honestly more impressed with their handling the adult temper tantrum than I was with my automatic upgrade and easy checkout

I rented a large vehicle to accommodate family visiting for a week. We loved the SUV and your staff made the rental process a pleasure. I was even given a call after I returned it, letting me know I’d left my garage door remote on the visor.

The lady that was supposed to help me, ignored me. She was also upset that I was able to reserve a car and proceeded to tell me that there are no cars available after I have already paid it. A little bit late, she told me they have a car, but it would be 30 minutes before it will get to the airport. A lady who was also waiting for her reserved car, received a car that was dirty so she had the wait for another one. The overall experience was bad. I am glad they were able to find me a car though.
