I had surgery and need a full size car. While had reserved a full size car (and called again that morning to confirm that I wasn’t kidding, I NEEDED A FULL CAR) they had none available after they promised that they would take of me. It took over 45 minutes but they finally put me in a Cadillac which took me from a very negative (1star) review to a 5 star review. I rent from this location 2 times A month, year round for a week at a time. I don’t think I should have needed to wait for over 45 minutes especially since I called in the morning to tell them that my request was serous, but in the end they came through. Your biggest (H) competition is a block away. I almost changed for good but they pulled it out and saved a customer. I’m a 30 year sales veteran. I know what it means to keep a guaranteed repeat customer.
