Great car - took a little while to get the car because of the unsafe cold. My customer service agent (forgot his name) was excellent. Especially under the weather conditions. Not such high praise for the customer service agent (Carol) when I returned the car. She was speaking very rudely and demeaning to the customer before me and continued when it was my turn. In both cases we were seeking clarification and not challenging her or the process. She was defensive and elevated for no reason. I nor the person before me spoke to her in that tone. But all in all a good rental.

Many people waiting for cars at our pickup time, but otherwise a good experience.

The bus driver picking us up was great. Once at the location, there was 3 ladies taking care of guests (2 in line before us) and somehow it still took us 30 minutes to get to the counter. Once we finally had our car, we were beyond unimpressed with it. We filled out half a page of issues with the car (rust over the wheel, paint from another wheehicle on the rear light, dents on EVERY side of the car, etc) .....the worst of all was opening the car doors and getting hit with the smells of cigarettes. I went back inside to get a new car, but by then the line had 6-7 people in it and I wasn’t waiting again! Luckily we didn’t drive a whole lot in the car but our windows were open the whole time. Will use them again for the price and convenience but was utterly disappointed!
