Pick up was fine. My flight was late, but they were ready. I wish they had given me more info about my drop off in Boston. Which was after hours, and not easy to figure out.

Only negative is nowhere did it say who had the car. I was able to use address and confirmation number to ask shuttle drivers and they from other brands. Pointed me in correct direction, it was after midnight by the time I got to Bradley international. But once with help finding the rest was great. Car was not comfortable but I survived.

I went I. To pick up my car. There was nobody inside so I stepped up to the counter. When the employee came in he started yelling at me. He said “I acted like I was there for a long time waiting”. All I did was step up to the counter. He then told me I had to wait in line do I backed up and waited while he berated me. There was a customer in bank of me that tried calling the 800 number to complain about the employee. There was no Manager on site to talk to. I went out to my car and had to fill out a damage form before I left I had my Mom bring it in and he started yelling at her. She told him she was going to report him and his answer was “ho ahead there are plenty of other jobs available in CT”. So we will never use Dollsr again
