We got delayed and couldn’t pick up our prepaid rental until one day late. We were told at first that we had to pay an extra $150 to do this which sounded absurd since we had already paid for the car and it should have made no difference if we lost the use of one of our prepaid days because our schedule couldn’t get us to hertz before they closed. Ultimately we got to a supervisor who was wonderful and made it all right.

We picked up the car in a fashionably manner., told me it was cleaned and detailed but it did not look detailed the back cup holder was filled with chocolate candy there was some dog hair and it was still Dusty... tires were low in pressure
