Advantage turned it around when they easily exchanged the vehicle they had rented me. Why? Because the tire light would not turn itself off and the right front tire had a continuous leak. Very turned off that they originally gave me a car that only took diesel gas. Second car was gas. Attendants on second visit were very personable.

Actually the experience was a very uncomfortable since upon arriving at the pick-up of the vehicle I was charged an additional deposit that was not detailed at the time of booking. At the end the vehicle was delivered in perfect condition, however there was an additional charge of 50.00 on my card to which they have not given any explanation of the reason for the charge. In my opinion I do not use that company again or recommend it with friends and family. He had never had any problems with the companies where he had previously rented.

Long wait (even though there was no line) and then painful transaction process. Had to process my payment more than once, still watching CC statement for duplicates. Then, had to wait for car...what the ?? They know how to take a reservation, but not to keep it.
