I haven’t had a problem in the past using thrifty but this time was not their best service. It started off by getting a car that the wheel was making an awful sound when I left the parking lot so I turned around handed in the keys the girls said they were sorry about that and upgraded me to a different car. It was fine for a day then in the middle of the night driving home the tire pressure light came on and when I’m a few seconds I heard the tire flat. It took me a while to even find a number to call about service and by the time I did my boyfriend was able to put on the spare on. The guy on the service line was nice but pretty much said all I could do was get it back to the rental place to get a new car. Which fine but what if I was far from the rental then what? When I got there the woman that was “helping me” and I use that very loosely cause there was barely 5 words spoken to me. I was made to feel like I did something wrong the way she was not looking at me and would barely even answer a question. I was just handed the keys to the new vehicle and told the rental stayed the same. So I left I was an hour late to work cause I had to bring the car in. I brought it back told the lady about my experience and I was told well that’s her personality really. To me that is not an excuse to be treated rudely over something I did not have any control over. I will be re thinking my car rental companies in the future

the pickup and drop off were easily located in the terminal and the price was reasonable. i would book through them again.

My experience was positive with everyone connected to the company. Everyone was helpful and courteous.
