After I dropped off my rental its been 8 hours and nothing in my email, no final receipt. It's very concerning

FIrst of all I was charged twice for the insurance coverage. Even though I informed the representative at the station that I've already purchased insurance she insisted that there is no such record. I added insurance to the service only to realize later that I was charged twice for it. Additionally, I was informed that I would receive a receipt breaking down the cost after I return the car. 10 days later, no receipt and $130 extra charge with no explanation! I even tried contacting the customer service, they insured me that they will email me a receipt right away. 4 hours later, nothing again. Very unprofessional and inefficient! This is the last time I will use Thrifty services.

Customer service person at pick up was ok, not overly friendly, the cs lady next to mine was super friendly! Drop off they let us stay in the warm car until the bus got there to drop us off at the airport. Pickup from the airport they were there waiting.
