I had a great experience with the front office staff; the security / exit team; and the shuttle driver. I had absolutely no problems picking up or dropping off. Everyone was kind and we chatted about my trip and why I was in town.

Car was fine. Employees were pleasant, especially Jessie at the checkout gate.

We had an easy time with the pick up, the return was a nightmare because we accidentally drove to the wrong airport to return the car, being new to Dallas we didn't realize there were two major airports. Upon arrival the bill was twice as much and we weren't told anything just to talk with a manager. The line was too long, then we waited for a shuttle and the shuttle driver said We don't have Southwest here, that's Lovefield, so we rushed to get in our car again and drive to LoveField and they said, Sorry the car was turned in' (10 MINUTES AG0) We can't let you take it. We had to pay Uber $40 to get to Love Field and the Thrifty Manager acknowledged they should have confirmed, You know you are returning this to a different airport? That's our feedback. We ask that our entire bill is voided and credited to our account. Good luck to us, right?
