Easy pickup. However they were not accepting the Insurance through the same CarRentals.com website which I had used for rental. I understand that they would like me to purchase additional Hertz insurance; but it should not be enforced.

Excellent experience. Received an upgrade for free and enjoyed the condition and comfort of the vehicle.

I was disappointed to arrive at the Plano location to be told my online agreement did not account for an extra day charge due to the office being closed on Sunday.
I rented the car online solely because they offered a Sunday return. Then upon arriving to pick the car up I was told I would be charged until Monday because the office was closed on Sunday. I ask about the drop box and was then told, I could use the drop box but I would still be charged by the hours until they checked all the cars in on Monday.
After voicing my concerns and requesting to cancel my reservation, a manager Authorized my Sunday return without penalty...
