THE CLERK WAS NOT PREPARED-IF THE COUNTER IS NOT READY TIL 9AM THEN THE WEBSITE SHOULD SAY SO. I MADE A RESERVATION FOR 7AM AND IT TOOK 30MINS TO GET STARTED

I call the phone number they had on the rental agreement so I can connect directly to JAX twice they hang up on me at the main number no one had the right knowledge how to connect directly to JAX counter customer service if this this how Payless treat their customer no way I’m coming back I’m still in FL I wanted an extension of the vehicle I was driving from the main number wasn’t helpful at all I ended getting a car from a different supplier

Rental went well. Car was in hood condition, had low mileage. Main issues were, payless is not completely integrated into the budget/avis system so they have to use specific terminals. This wouldn't normally be an issue, but when I went to get my car, the low tire pressure light was on. I inspected the tires and found the two passenger side tires were low. So I requested a replacement. Unfortunately, since it was a payless rental, a manger was required to make the switch. Has to wait about 10 minutes for the manager. Anyway, I am sure this will be improved in the future. ALL personnel were very understanding, friendly and professional. No issue at all swapping out the car. Everything else was great. I have been using Payless more and am now even more confident in them since they are a part of Budget/Avis!!
