The pick up for.our rental was very confusing as the airport is being renovated. There are NO CLEAR SIGNS to get in to pick up. Then you have to park, go inside the airport terminal to get approval/ticket. Then go back outside to pick with ticket and pay on their iPad. Too many confusing steps!! Too much time wasted when we needed to pickup and go!

The worst experience
It took us longer to pick up the car then it did to fly for Boston to Florida
It was 9:45 at night. We were lined up in the parking garage about 50 people children and babies. No excuse we all had reservations. You knew the # of reservations and the cars we not ready and you didn’t have enough staff to handle the situation Poor way to run a business. It was very disheartening to see families upset and children crying
It was midnight when we finally got a car and then had an hour drive to St Augustine. I rent a car 3-4 times a year when I come to Florida. And I will think twice before I even rent from you

The first car we were given, the TPS light was on. After some delay, we had to transfer all of our luggage to another vehicle. Enterprise offered a slight discount for our trouble and gave us an upgrade.
The checkout process took too long. The check in process was great.
So some good and some not so good.
