This vehicle was horrible it sounded like the engine was going to blow the entire time. Tried calling HERtZ multiple times ...no answer! upon dropping off vehicle no one was there to except the keys, ask for feedback on the vehicle etc. 73-year-old woman routing her bags ... No trolleys to assist. Horrible overall- Staying with Enterprise
