We had to wait about 30 min for the shuttle, after calling 2 hours earlier to confirm the pickup hour and place. The car wasn’t so clean and the deposit was high (1300€ for a 6000€ car)

To avoid an emergency! Car in bad condition: rear brake light not working (message displayed at TDB so difficult to ignore the problem). More serious: pump for ice liquid not working, so we see nothing, especially in Romania with the snow! In addition, I had the bad surprise of having to pay € 60 more for so-called pnen snow (I did not rent the car in July! In addition it is mandatory in Romania). Cherry on the cake: I took the car with the tank at 3/4. When I returned, I was almost full, and the renter wanted me to pay for the lack of fuel. I had to show the picture of the fuel gauge when taking control of the vehicle to prove my good faith. In short, for me it is a renter to avoid an emergency (Payless agency) and nothing like the classic renters ...

I had to call the agency for someone to pick us up at the airport, there is no counter in the airport and no one was there to wait for us as it should have been. The car had not been washed, difficult to make an inventory of the car in these conditions and in the dark as it was dark. Otherwise the vehicle was ok, the staff friendly and the rental cheap.
