The staff are extremely unmotivated and very Pampig (a heavenly difference to the rental in USA). I was almost laughed when read aloud that I had booked the 2nd smallest category. I was strongly advised to book next year a higher category, because then 5 doors would be guaranteed (on my confirmation was clear that I have a car with 5 doors booked - that was dismissed derogatory "who can write what they want" was called it). In addition, I only got the tank half full, instead of fully fueled. Again, it was said that they did not care what was on the confirmation - at their boss, the car is always only half full of fuel! Immediately I was given the contact of the customer service and this was the end of the discussion. What does that leave behind for a first impression when a tourist travels to Croatia for the first time? I was terribly ashamed of my compatriots ...... Besides, I do not like it when there is no staff at the point of delivery to check the car together for possible damage.

We received the car with half full tank instead of full tank, we were refueling before delivery and the display in the Opel Astra had a mistake sodas we have sank. When returning the vehicle the staff told us that this problem is known but we can not get a refund. There were about 20 euros too much fueled.
