When I got the agreement for signing, they said By the way, the AC doesn't work, and it's like 30 degrees C outside. I asked, OK, so can I get another car? - No, this is the last one in this class you have paid for Ok, so why not saying this before printing the papers and fixing everything, and propose another car/class with working AC? Or offered a discount maybe? Also, I had to pay FULL price for the car anyway. The car also had like 20 notes on the rental agreement with damage on the car. Another thing: I got the question if I wanted to pay extra for a GPS, which I didn't want. And then it is a GPS in the car. I mean, come on.. I will not rent here again.

the problem occured after I gave the car back.they said there was a scratch at the car and I had to pay it.they must check the car during returns with the client.orherwise there is no chance to defend ourselves.
