The staff were friendly but the queues were long and there was way too much paperwork. More needs to be retained on the system as a pre-fill.

I ordered my car online through a 3rd party website. My confirmation was received and I went to pick up my car. The agency did not have the car at the location that I had on my confirmation. They acknowledged this and asked if I could pick up another car with them and drop it off at yet another location. I said yes because they were so friendly. When I returned the car that evening, I left my wallet in the vehicle and dropped the keys in the overnight lockbox. The following day I returned to the drop off location, retrieved my wallet and was off before the main doors even opened. The following day I returned to get my final receipt. The staff was so accommodating, they were all friendly (without a single exception) and the two Melbourne Australia locations that I had dealings with were A++++

The first girl who picked up my phone call was not helpful at all. She was subtlety rude. I couldn't get my extension done. The second girl whom I spoke to after calling back was much better. She helped with my extension of 1 week booking.

I went in to the location and had not known prior to that I would need proof of address seen as I’m moving here and I only had my Canadian license and credit card on me. I tried to find out from the rep a way to provide this without having to go home to get my lease (as I was strapped for time). He was pretty much giving me a hard time about it. Then I said to him ‘you’re giving a lot of work to someone who can’t walk properly’ (as I’m recovering from an ankle injury) and his response was ‘if you can’t walk properly that means you can’t drive properly, which means you shouldn’t be driving.’ I found this extremely offensive and inconsiderate and just poor customer service as in that moment I realized he did not care about me as a customer. I exercised my right to cancel and ended up going to Thrifty car rental instead. Honestly, if it were not for this employee’s poor behaviour towards me, I would’ve still used them. This is part of the reason businesses lose customers.

There were so many extra fees by the time we went to pick up the car it was more than double the booked price. What a joke.
