Was charged an extra $30 on top of the price because I return the cat at 7pm, but when I booked the car that was the time I said the car would be return and no mention of an extra charge . Just another way to rip off the customer off . The Kia Sportage had less than a 1000 kms on the clock , but had major problems with it . when you go to take off , nothing happen , there was no power nothing , then it would kick in , got worse during the day , it was so dangerous , didnt feel safe driving it . Was told I had to fill the fuel tank back up as it had a full tank , got into the car and was only half a tank , nice way to go to rip off the poor customer even more . Wasnt told there would be a bus picking us up or where to meet up with it , I was left asking other bus drivers where to go and what bus to look out for . The service started out poor and just didnt get any better . would never use this company again , and as I am a Limo driver in Adelaide would never tell any one else to use it as well . It was like they didnt care about the customer and I was getting in there way . It was not how I treat the people I pick up in my work . If the rest of the people who work for this company are like the ones I meet , I know no one will get back to me about the poor service I received .

We got to the office an hour late and they had given away the car we had rented. They then tried to give us a car from a lower class. They were able to eventually find the appropriate class car but it took way longer than expected. After a long flight the last thing we felt like doing was waiting around for our car. Once we got the right car everything was fine but disappointed they didn’t even supply a map as they tried to upscale us on the gps.
