Easy pickup. However, I am a senior and a quick review of vehicle would have been helpful. Like how to open trunk -- where door handle is located to open third door etc

1-staff offered me to purchase extra insurance, I said price was already included then they had to review and said whatever i want to do. 2-took longer cause they didnt accept my cc since it has not my name printed.
