I had specifically requested a certain type of vehicle. I even call the morning of the day I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle to confirm my request. Everything was as planned until I got to the counter. Then I was told I could not have that specific type even though it was available. I Offered to make calls and magically my request was honored. Later I discovered I needed an extra day and tried to process this online. The system would not allow me to extend my rental so I called. Although I was told I would not be charged the $10 convenience fee to talking with someone because the website had issues, I was charged.

I was scheduled to pick up my car at the Brownsburg, IN location at 5:30PM. I called a week before to confirm everything. We got there to pick up the vehicle and the store closed at 4:00PM. No one called to
let me know. Called customer service and they tried to charge me THREE HUNDRED more dollars. I 100% refused that. Ended up calling the Indianapolis airport and they were able to match the rate and get us on our way to Alabama. I was also told, when I called the week before, that if I return my car by 5:30PM that I would not get charged a late fee. Well knowing they closed at 4 now, I called and they still would not waive the $20 fee for having it back after 4:00PM. Also, the website even states “After May 14th hours of operation will be 8:00AM-6:00PM” Absolutely no one tried to help in anyway except the nice man at the airport who was able to match the rental price for us. We ended up leave 2 hours late. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Didn’t have the car. Changed the reservation to another location, the computer was down when I called, they said they would write the changes down and didn’t do so. Teller lied to my face, tried to charge me an additional $200 to upgrade to get a car, and did nothing to help me resolve the situation because they were closing in thirty minutes. Took it on myself to go to an airport location and after 45 minutes of waiting, an hour of driving, and $8 to park I managed to track down one reasonable person and got a car. I returned the car cleaned out the night before it was due and when I called to see if everything was ok with the car they at first told me I should have gotten an email, when I said I didn’t they realized they never bothered to check in the car let alone sent an email. Still waiting on my refund from the first reservation because I had to make a new one. Horrible time.
